Reviews
I've been a devoted fan of Vivos for about a decade, and the Vivobarefoot store on Neal Street is always on my must-visit list when I'm in London. The store itself offers a great selection of their minimalist, barefoot shoes, perfect for anyone looking to experience natural movement. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the brand, ready to help you find the perfect fit or a new style to try. Whether you're a long-time enthusiast or new to the concept of barefoot shoes, this store is worth the visit for its quality products and exceptional service.
Poor quality shoes that demand premium price!
The price DOES NOT reflect the quality of the shoe!
Two experiences:
A good friend of mine bought some Gobi 3 he was very happy with them wore them every day in the city no country walks.
Within 8 months, the left sole came apart, then the right.
In the end, he bined them,he was disgusted with the quality of them, and why should he send them back for repair in less than twelve month's use.
Twelve months later, I bought a pair of Scott thinking my friend was just a one-off. How wrong was I!!
Within 4 months of minimum wear my right sole by the big toe started to peel away.
So I've resorted to going to B&Q and got myself some gorilla glue, which seems to work so well now that the rest of the sole is now starting to peel off.
Something is not right here, and the owner needs to address this straight away!!
Twelve months have passed now, and I'm hearing and reading more of these poorly put-together shoes.
Good idea, concept, but the quality is not there at all. Save your money and buy a decent pair of hiking boots.
Amazing shoes! Love the wide toe box and flexible soles that let you feel the ground better and get better grip on uneven slippery ground. I've had one pair for a year and I wear them nearly every day, they've been through the wash a few times and they look almost the same as new! Just bought another pair for hiking and I love them so much! I only wish there were more pink shoes available
My third purchase of vivo shoes, no other barefoot shoes compare to the comfort and quality but also this shop and staff are so helpful. Thank you to the two shop assistants who helped me find a good winter boot and especially to the member of staff who went out their way to get me a wide fit from the men's and made sure I left the shop with the perfect shoes.
This store feels like a forest! Beautifully decorated with natural greenery and of course with Vivos displayed. It is nice to be able to wear and try on the shoes in store and they have provided other natural ground materials to give you a feel of outdoors!
The staff are amazing, friendly and supportive!
Keep away from these...over priced. Don't wear well. And not the most comfortable. Did diss colour very quickly. I went threw 2 pairs of trainers in 6 months. Both the stitching and the netting broke. Not the best for running or for work. Both were replaced by customers services. Which was much appreciated. Then I've had these boots not even 5 months. The colour has gone I have pain in the arch of my foot. They are heavy. Not very water proof. But I did advise my brother in law to buy a pair. As he is always on his feet running around for work up and down ladders. So let's see how he gets on. I think maybe a bit un fair giving just a 1 star review but the trainers and boots are not cheap. My wife has 2 pairs boots and trainers and they have worn well so far. My son and my toddler daughter also wears barefoot shoes. Sons have worn well but netting has broken. Daughters is spot on.
Love the shoes but the staff in the store are either useless and/or lazy and definitely racist. Waited an age to get someone's attention to ask for some shoes to try on (people who came in after me got served immediately), I liked them so went to the till to pay, no one bothered to serve me so I tried to get someone's attention but was further ignored (the person behind me got served, of course) so I walked out. Avoid this store.
Great interaction with the staff, she was very knowledgeable of the shoes and helped with finding the right pair, the store was quite busy so you may have to wait …
